HRAA are not a legal practice. We are an advocacy service which finds solutions where the legal system fails. We can assist with reading court/mediation documents, letter writing, mediation services and conciliations between parties. If the matter needs to be escalated and requires legal counsel, you will be referred to a specialist independent lawyer. The independent lawyers are those which we know and trust, to make sure you are represented the best way possible. Any costs, will be agreed upon between you and the independent lawyer.
HRAA are being inundated with complaints and requests to assist with matters including Covid-19 vaccination of children. Some parents disagree due to their beliefs over medical interventions and some want to vaccinate their child against the others wishes, in an attempt to hurt or punish the other parent. Unfortunately, we are hearing this all too often and these situations do not have the child's best interests at heart.
Human Rights Advocates Australia have assisted many clients and families in these situations by providing the right information, studies, support and mediation for both parents to understand the impacts of these decisions, especially for the child.
Lawyers charge between $300-$700 per hour and one letter can cost up to $1200. Quite often, one parent cannot afford these fees and therefore cannot receive the support they need, which results in not progressing and losing the dispute. Going to court comes with significant financial and emotional costs, so is best avoided. Australia's Family Court has set up a COVID-19 list to prepare for hearing disputes about children being vaccinated but, in our experience, supports the parent to vaccinate the child.

Mediation is an informal, problem-solving process in which an impartial person (a mediator) helps people with a dispute come together to reach an agreement everyone can live with. Mediators support people in conflict to have the conversations they need to have, gain clarity about each person’s perspective, explore their options and make decisions. Mediation is confidential and designed to provide better outcomes for all concerned. Thousands of people use mediation services every year to talk about their disputes and reach a solution. Going to court is a long, stressful and expensive process. The aim of mediation is to avoid the situation reaching this point.
Settling a family court matter in mediation typically costs around $20,000. If it went to litigation, the cost would be more like $100,000. HRAA want to help you avoid these outrageous costs and being dragged through the awful process of the court system, where most parties end up financially drained and unhappy.
Mediators support people in conflict to have the conversations they need to have, gain clarity about each person’s perspective, explore their options and make decisions. Mediation is confidential and designed to provide better outcomes for all concerned.
Mediation is less costly, generally quicker and less emotionally draining than going to courts of law. We offer mediation services in separation and Family Law, as well as other forms of mediation where there is conflict between:
A common question people ask is “How long will the mediation process take?” There is no simple answer to this question. It can take a few hours, or can be over a few days. It depends on the number and complexity of issues being discussed. Some families have complex issues to deal with that can make mediation difficult and take a long time. When each family member makes their child’s interests the priority, workable parenting agreements can be reached sooner.
If a dispute can be resolved through mediation, it will be significantly less expensive than having to go to court. Unlike other organisations, HRAA do not charge per hour and have a fixed rate so there are no unexpected fees for our clients.
Covid Medical Network writes an open letter to the ATAGI, TGA & Australian federal health department.
This 52 page letter comes from the combined effort of Australia's leading clinical doctors, scientists, research academics, health care professionals, overseas specialists, and lawyers.
It has been 'fact checked' by the vigorous peer-review process to present the Truth it serves as an indictment of Australia's purported health leaders, those men and women who were and are meant to guide all Australians in living the healthiest life possible.
A mission they have failed to perform for over two years now.
This Letter has also been received by every Federal, State, and Territory MP and Senator, in order to inform them of a variety of scientific Truths being flagrantly ignored by both these health 'leaders', and the Ministers responsible for overseeing their conduct.
It is a stunning document we ardently request you share everywhere, so our Australian Community can learn and confirm the facts many have come to know or suspect, while gaining strength in the knowledge hundreds of Australia's leading doctors, scientists, and academics have had enough and are fed-up!
Call and email your Federal and State/Territory representatives and get them to ask the same Questions, and Demand the same Answers you will see in the Letter.
Armed now with the facts, the history, and the evidence of a litany of wilful instances of malfeasance, it is now time for the Community to say 'enough is enough'.
