There are shipping costs and import tax costs association with the phone purchase. the import tax is charged separately and FedEx will contact you when the phone arrives in Australia to pay separately. This is a charge seperate to Clear and are Australian government fees.
The approx cost for import tax is $200 for the 420 and $250 for the 620. the 220 doesn't incur any import tax as it is under $1000AUD.

How does Clear stop Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok & other apps getting yours & your children's data?
If you use those apps, they own the apps, so they can still track the data inside that app, your likes, dislikes, how long you stop on the screen etc. However, we all know that with our current phones those apps are actually data mining through our phones, our microphones, cameras, texts, calls, pictures. Always scanning our environment and life and then selling our information.

Please follow the set up video exactly (we find watching on a laptop and stopping it every 15-30 seconds and copying works best!).
Charge the phone first to 100%. And ensure you have a strong WiFi connection. Find the video that relates to you eg iPhone/Android to Clear 220/420/620 set up etc. And follow it exactly! Very important

REMINDER: You should be prepared with the following prior to joining this meeting:
1. Prior to attending the webinar, it is recommended to, watch the setup video. But do not attempt setup yet as the recommended setup process has changed slightly.
2. Have your ClearPHONE box with all contents
3. Fully charge your ClearPHONE prior to setup
4. Ensure that your SIM card has been inserted in your ClearPHONE
5. Have your card for your 12 words ready. These words will be provided to you during the setup.
6. Have the QR card in the ClearPHONE box ready to scan
7. Have a sharpie / permanent marker available to write down your 12 words
8. Preferably, have a WiFi network available and know the login information for that WiFi network
9. If you will be adding an email account to your ClearPHONE, know your email login information
10. Download X-Transfer (https://www.clearos.app//app/de.webtogo.xtransfer) or Send Anywhere (https://www.clearos.app//app/com.estmob.android.sendanywhere) on old phone and make backup of old phone.
