life coach & trauma specialist

You will feel powerful, in control, trusting of yourself and have clarity about your future.

Jen is a Trauma Specialist, Life Coach, Psych-K facilitator, trained clinical psychologist, social worker, EMDR practitioner, and health coach trained by Barbara O’Neill, who offers a unique blend of skills to support holistic well-being.

Psych-K integrates seamlessly within this paradigm, facilitating inner child healing, addressing past trauma, and engaging in shadow work. Psych-K is a technique designed to swiftly and effectively transform limiting subconscious beliefs into empowered ones. These beliefs typically form from in utero to around age 7, influencing areas such as self-worth, relationships, work, money, health, and sexuality. Many of these beliefs correlate with symptoms like depression, anxiety, anger, addictions, and low self-esteem. By reshaping our beliefs, we can fundamentally alter our perspectives and transform our lives.

Jen believes Psych-K represents the future of spiritual, energy, psychological, and quantum healing. It empowers individuals to rewrite the programming in their subconscious minds, liberating them from limitations to embrace a more fulfilling life. This modality creates a safe space to access innate wisdom, knowledge, and strength for profound self-healing.
Jen is committed to ensuring client satisfaction: If clients do not experience significant changes across multiple life areas after six sessions, the 7th session is free. This guarantee underscores Jen's dedication to delivering tangible, transformative outcomes.

Jen works globally online and in person. Let's embark on a gentle journey of healing and transformation together.
